Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Baird Medical ('Baird Medical,' 'we,' 'us') collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you submit an inquiry through the Contact page, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message — through an embedded form provided by our CRM vendor, HubSpot.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for security and performance purposes, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Beyond that, we load HubSpot’s visitor analytics and Google Analytics only if you turn on the Analytics cookie category; we do not use advertising tools such as Meta Pixel on this site.

Cookies

This site uses a limited set of cookies. Non-essential tracking cookies are disabled until you select them, and rejecting cookies does not disable the Contact forms. See our Cookie Policy for the current list and how to control them.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, route your message to the right team (healthcare professional, patient/caregiver, or media/investor), prevent spam and abuse, maintain the security and performance of the site, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate this site and process inquiries — currently Vercel (hosting), HubSpot (form processing, CRM, and, with your Analytics consent, visitor analytics), Google Analytics (with your Analytics consent, site-traffic analytics), and Google reCAPTCHA (contact-form spam protection) — and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, or to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA). To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Medical information notice

Content on this site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or guide a specific patient’s care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about a medical condition or treatment.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
